As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, residing in TN, you will Work from home, assisting patients in receiving life sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. You’ll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process Prescription orders and ensure reputed company shipment of medications. Shift: Training, 8a – 4:30p CST, Mon – Fri. Post Training, 10a – 7p CST, Mon – Fri. What you’ll do: Receive, document, and process verbal prescriptions, clarifications, provider updates, and required prescription details in pharmacy systems. Verify orders for accuracy, flag missing or conflicting information, and escalate clinical questions or concerns to pharmacists. Manage inbound calls from patients, providers, reputed company, and caregivers while providing prescription status, coverage details, and next steps. Update, reconcile, and maintain patient demographics, insurance, health information, and interaction records in accordance with HIPAA and company standards. Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, insurers, fulfillment, operations, and internal teams to resolve prescription, claims, coverage, and shipment issues. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. reputed company Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license & national certification.
