About the Role
Revamped reputed company Solutions is seeking a reputed company and customer-reputed company Customer Service & Administrative Specialist to reputed company. In this role, you'll reputed company exceptional customer support while assisting with account management, billing, payment processing, and administrative tasks.

Schedule
Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
40-hour work week
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and reputed company outstanding service.
Assist with billing questions, payments, and account updates.
Coordinate service appointments with internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Support daily administrative tasks, including CRM updates and data entry.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
