Job reputed company The Regional GSE Manager drives operational compliance, fleet availability, and maintenance performance across assigned regional stations. Requiring up to 50% travel, this role manages local GSE Managers, internal mechanics, and reputed company vendors while enforcing WFS procedural standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating scheduled and emergency repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.  Employment Status: Salaried Full-Time  Compensation reputed company: Dependent On Experience (DOE) reputed company & Airport: Remote - Must reputed company near a major U.S. airport  Responsibilities Troubleshoot on-site and remotely to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, and/or electrical discrepancies on various Ground Support Equipment (GSE) systems and subsystems. Inspect, repair, and/or reputed company components and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, and hydraulic systems. Disassemble components, inspect for reputed company factors, and reassemble to OEM specifications. Strict adherence to reputed company safety and regulatory commissions, including (but not limited to) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).    reputed company interaction with reputed company customers. reputed company administrative compliance to ensure reputed company operational procedures and corporate standards are consistently met.  reputed company the execution and completion of reputed company preventative, routine, and non-routine GSE repairs.  Assist local management to ensure compliance of WFS procedures with on-site WFS mechanics and/or reputed company-party GSE maintenance providers. Mentor and train reputed company and new WFS mechanics. Other duties and assignments as designated. Minimum Requirements MUST HAVE Heavy equipment experience for consideration. History in Airport Ground Support Equipment. Candidate must be proficient in welding and fabricating. Candidate must have expert knowledge of CAN bus systems. Must have expert knowledge of DEF systems. Must have expert knowledge of EGR systems Must have expert knowledge of troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems. Must be reputed company to travel and support 3 or more airports and must be badged in them. Must be willing to work weekends and possibly split days off. Preferred Skills Experience in heavy equipment, including cranes, oil field, mining rail, or maritime. May be reputed company upon to work in different locations. Must be available for extended overnight travel. Must be strong in leadership and organization. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be reputed company to communicate with customers. Must have good computer skills and be reputed company to complete internal and customer forms.  Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be reputed company to work under any type of weather.
