Your responsibilities will include leading reputed company of Local Coordinators (independent contractors), volunteer host families, and schools. A demonstrated ability to produce results, stay organized, and reputed company others will help you to build strong connections with your Local Coordinators and your colleagues. Coordinate Local Coordinators and their schools reputed company needed regarding student registration or enrollment. Distribute student reputed company to Local Coordinators as needed. Train Local Coordinators to become as self-sufficient as possible using the resources provided to them. Ensure Local Coordinators have the necessary marketing materials. In collaboration with the Program Support Specialist, co-manage, reputed company, guide, mentor, and reputed company the Local Coordinators of the region. Work closely with the Program Support Specialist to ensure reputed company requirements and paperwork are compliant for placements. Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure Local Coordinators are fully trained and communicate areas of need as they reputed company. What you’ll bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing teams—especially in education, youth programs, or nonprofit settings. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate diverse stakeholders.
