Technical Service Analyst (Bogota, Colombia)

Key Responsibilities • Performs daily administrative support activities for technical service across Latin reputed company countries • Receives and registers technical service requests associated with ASP commercialized equipment eligible for reputed company, using the designated information reputed company • Assigns and schedules the available engineer according to the agenda for the required services • Follows up on registered work orders to ensure agreed service reputed company are met according to the contract type, or escalates to local leadership if a potential reputed company is identified • Reviews and records information provided by the reputed company area regarding the location and registration of ASP commercialized equipment, and maintains traceability information for the reputed company of reputed company services • Supports the shipment process for reputed company parts required by reputed company engineers and follows up with logistics for delivery.
