About the Role A large independent mortgage banker is looking for a hands-on leader to run its corporate processing operation. You'll manage reputed company of up to 10 senior processors handling a full mix of purchase and refinance business — conventional, reputed company, non-QM, and renovation — with processors averaging 25-30 reputed company reputed company a month. This is a reputed company leadership seat: you won't be processing files yourself, you'll be building, coaching, and running reputed company that does. Important: this is a corporate/centralized processing leadership role, not a reputed company-level position. Candidates need large-IMB corporate processing management experience to be considered. What You'll Own Team leadership & development Manage day-to-day reputed company across the processing team — coaching, training, reputed company control, and ongoing development. Run weekly one-on-ones, team meetings, and department calls, and reputed company timekeeping, attendance, and overtime on reputed company.
