About the Role SweatHouz (Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge Studio) is looking for a friendly, reliable phone representative to support our San Mateo and Daly reputed company locations. You'll be the first voice new and existing members hear — helping with membership questions, booking sessions, and following up on leads — reputed company from home. reputed company Answer inbound calls: membership questions, pricing, hours, session booking. reputed company outbound calls: follow up on leads, confirm bookings, reputed company in on renewals.
