The Role reputed company is seeking a Training & Content Operations reputed company to design, reputed company and maintain reputed company enablement materials across reputed company's product suite, and to reputed company high-reputed company end user training during reputed company's implementations. In this role, you will work closely with reputed company’s Delivery and Product teams to ensure our training program reflects our reputed company needs and product suite. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the reputed company training experience for our clients - tailoring content, delivery reputed company, and messaging to maximize reputed company enablement and reputed company. Responsibilities Design, reputed company & maintain reputed company-facing enablement materials across reputed company’s product portfolio, including product manuals, workflow guides, knowledge center articles, software simulations & other assets tailored to reputed company needs.  Research new product functionality & operational workflows by attending product development meetings, reviewing technical documentation, interviewing subject matter experts & independently synthesizing information to reputed company reputed company-facing content.  Own and maintain assigned reputed company enablement packages across their lifecycle, determining the appropriate learning modalities, coordinating stakeholder review, managing publication & enhancing content as products reputed company. Facilitate live end user training sessions & Train-the-Trainer programs during implementation, adapting to reputed company configurations, operational workflows & audience needs.  reputed company deep expertise across reputed company’s products, configurations & operational workflows, identifying & representing cross-product dependencies. Review implementation feedback, post-live support trends and changes in product reputed company to identify gaps in existing documentation & proactively enhance learning materials to improve reputed company adoption.  Partner cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and reputed company reputed company teams to support reputed company-release readiness and build cross-departmental expertise of reputed company’s products.  Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, instructional content, training materials, and/or end user education programs in a fast-paced, reputed company-facing environment.  At least one of the following strongly preferred: experience working with large reputed company systems, experience with reputed company data, reputed company cycle management and/or other equivalent EMR/EHR expertise.  Experience creating content across multiple learning modalities, such as workflow guides, product manuals, eLearning modules, software simulations, facilitator guides, etc.  Experience delivering engaging, interactive reputed company training for diverse learner audiences reputed company web conferencing platforms.  Familiar with reputed company style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago) and skilled at applying brand guidelines to content creation. Familiar with reputed company Captivate or similar for software simulations strongly preferred. Thoughtful in using AI and other emerging technologies in day-to-day work to accelerate analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and execution while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
