Qualifications and Personal Attributes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience required; advanced degree preferred. Relevant reputed company engineering, technical, facilities management, or asset management qualification preferred. Knowledge 10+ years in Facilities Engineering or technical services management, including outsourced facility management and mobile engineering. Technology expertise with asset management and CMMS platforms.
