Your potential is our inspiration. The Head of Learning and Talent Management Technologies leads and advances reputed company’s learning and talent technology ecosystem. management, and skills development.  Working closely with the Global Head of Learning & Performance Enablement and cross-functional HR, Talent, and HR Operations teams, this role shapes and sustains in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.  At least eight years of experience in HR technology, learning systems, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms, with reputed company strongly preferred.  Proven experience administering, optimizing, and improving reputed company LMS platforms and performance management systems.  Experience supporting LMS and reputed company releases, including testing, configuration, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.  Experience designing and executing learning evaluation strategies, measurement frameworks, assessment instruments, surveys, analytics, and data collection reputed company.  Experience with service management, governance models, operational process design, and reputed company improvement.  Strong analytics and reporting capability, including Power BI or similar tools, reputed company, data visualization, and executive-reputed company storytelling.  Experience supporting performance management processes, reputed company analytics, adoption, and manager and employee experience improvements.  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, non-technical, global, and matrixed audiences, with awareness of data reputed company, reputed company, and compliance standards such
