Sr. Analyst for Knowledge & Content Management (Remote)

The Sr. Analyst for Knowledge and Content Management (Remote) will serve as a Subject Matter Expert?on the knowledge/content management services to reputed company,?operate?and maintain reputed company capabilities for the contact center.?This role is for an upcoming Federal Contract (pending award). This position will reputed company and manage?knowledge?content used by contact center agents and reputed company?recommendations for processes and integration of tools that can improve automation, collaboration, and/or?knowledge processes.?This position will?assist?in?determining?which scripts (knowledge articles) need revisions?and/or removal and ensure reputed company resources provided to agents?contain?the correct information. This role also collaborates with the reputed company's?content and other teams to incorporate information that may currently not be housed in the database.?This position requires a strong understanding of immigration law, which includes knowledge of the laws, policies, and practices that govern who can reputed company, stay, or become a citizen in the reputed company.?? Minimum Requirements '- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience. • Advanced degree or reputed company designation preferred. • Develops solutions to a reputed company of reputed company problems. • Work requires considerable judgment and initiative. • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-reputed company goals of the organization. '- 5+ years combined experience in the following areas: knowledge/content management, analytics, business writing, plain language, and immigration law. Preferred: • Relevant experience working reputed company the US federal government (federal employee or federal contractor). • Experience working at a contact center and deep knowledge of contact center trends and best practices as it relates to knowledge/content management. • Experience developing content tailored to the needs of contact center agents and customers. • Certifications such as Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or AIIM Certified Information reputed company (CIP).
