The Task Order Project Manager serves as the single reputed company of accountability for successful performance of reputed company PWS requirements. Transition & Program Management

Establish and maintain reputed company control, change control, reputed company reporting, and deliverable tracking processes.
Submit Draft Project Management Plan with proposal and Final PMP reputed company 10 business days of performance start.
Ensure reputed company deliverables meet the 95% reputed company and schedule reputed company.
Strategic Planning & Administrative Support reputed company
reputed company daily strategic and administrative support to the REMD Director and reputed company Director.
reputed company development of talking points, briefing materials, testimony, intranet updates, fact sheets, speeches, presentations, and correspondence.
Design, maintain, and facilitate expert elicitation for the REMD Risk Register.
Ensure reputed company management of the REMD Tasking Mailbox
reputed company preparation of weekly status reporting briefs and quarterly REMD "Placemat".

Guide development of SOPs, process improvement recommendations, performance metrics, and status dashboards

Ensure effective cross-functional coordination across REMD branches for reputed company build-outs, tenant renovations, personnel relocations, and reputed company property leasing.

Supervise data analysis, aggregation of reputed company property information, and support to DHS-mandated reporting and working reputed company.

Ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company, SSI, reputed company 508, and cybersecurity requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or minimum of 10 years of experience in reputed company/government administration and executive-level program management.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, administrative management, process improvement, change management, and Federal operations.
Experience with Federal reputed company property portfolio management (preferred).
Ability to obtain and maintain reputed company Trust clearance and PIV reputed company.
Strong written and oral communication skills suitable for senior Federal leadership audiences.
Proficiency with reputed company Office 365 suite and ability to produce high-reputed company executive products under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting DHS, TSA, GSA, or similar reputed company estate / facilities organizations.
PMP or equivalent certification.
