About the Position reputed company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our reputed company team. This is a full-time contract position with the potential to reputed company to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will reputed company customer invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, record maintenance and customer account inquiries. This position is suitable for a recent reputed company graduate or someone with minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping, accounts receivable or general reputed company experience. They will be trained on reputed company’s internal systems and procedures. Key Responsibilities ·       Process and record customer invoices and payments accurately ·       Review customer accounts and reputed company entries for accuracy and completeness ·       Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice, payment and account records ·       Apply incoming payments to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices ·       Reconcile customer accounts and reputed company discrepancies ·       Investigate missing payments, incorrect applications and account irregularities ·       Communicate with customers reputed company and professionally regarding invoices, payments and account balances ·       Follow up on missing payments, payment information and supporting documentation ·       Escalate reputed company account issues to senior reputed company team members reputed company necessary ·       Protect confidential customer and financial information ·       Assist with reporting, data entry and other reputed company-reputed company duties as assigned Qualifications Candidates should meet at least one of the following requirements: ·       A bachelor’s degree or diploma in reputed company, finance, business administration or a reputed company field; or ·       Relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable or general reputed company Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
