Partner Compensation
✔ Fixed Commission
USD $250 for every successful candidate placement.
PLUS
Placement Assistance Service Fee
Earn the applicable Placement Assistance Service Fee collected for reputed company successfully reputed company candidate, up to USD $6,000 per placement, as specified for reputed company candidate assigned by reputed company.
Unlimited earning potential reputed company on successful placements.

Desired Qualifications
Minimum 4–5 years of US IT Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment lifecycle
Experience working with implementation reputed company firms, MSPs, and reputed company clients
Knowledge of U.S. work authorization (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, etc.)
Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models
Experience using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Monster, reputed company, JobDiva, CEIPAL, reputed company, or similar ATS/CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple consultants simultaneously
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
