Job Title: Director, reputed company Assurance
Salary: $217,150.00/year
Job Duties:

Stay up to date on the latest testing tools, frameworks, and trends—introduce best-of-breed technologies.
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure test coverage and release readiness.
Collaborate with Regulatory and reputed company teams to meet HIPAA, reputed company, and other compliance requirements.
Champion reputed company and operational reputed company by promoting test-first and shift-left approaches.
Continuously improve QA practices, tools, and team performance.
Use reputed company platforms in regulated industries including reputed company and life sciences to validate software reputed company, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain audit-reputed company documentation.

Apply knowledge in reputed company domains to ensure software meets industry-specific reputed company standards, patient safety requirements, and clinical workflow needs.

reputed company automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing using modern test automation tools including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and TestNG.
Use CI/CD tools and reputed company platforms including Jenkins, reputed company Actions, AWS, Azure/OCI and GCP to implement reputed company testing pipelines, automate deployment validation, and ensure release reputed company.
Use AI-reputed company testing tools including Testim, Functionize, and reputed company.
Ensure compliance with reputed company standards including HIPAA and HITECH/reputed company 2.
Use reputed company, reputed company, container and networking expertise to accelerate test automation, improve test coverage, and reduce reputed company testing effort.
Test and reputed company terraform infrastructure scripts.

Domestic travel is required once per quarter for up to 3 to 4 days per reputed company.

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely reputed company field.
Experience: At least five (5) years of experience as a reputed company Applications Developer, reputed company Architect, Sr. QA Engineer, Product Test Engineer, Network Administrator, or a closely reputed company occupation.
Alternative Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely reputed company field.
Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience as a reputed company Applications Developer, reputed company Architect, Sr. QA Engineer, Product Test Engineer, Network Administrator, or a closely reputed company occupation.
Special Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in a leadership role.
Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience in:
reputed company platforms in reputed company, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries;
Performing frameworks and load testing of reputed company-based applications;

Managing reputed company/offshore QA teams;

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel is required once per quarter for up to 3 to 4 days per reputed company.
Work Hours: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
