What You’ll Be Doing reputed company the development of reputed company Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) and construction staging plans for major highway and reputed company reputed company reputed company comprehensive work zone strategies that balance safety, mobility, and constructability for multi-billion-dollar programs Coordinate closely with roadway, structures, environmental, and construction teams to reputed company MOT with overall project phasing reputed company and reputed company work zone reputed company and operational analyses, including queue and delay assessments for major stages and detours reputed company MOT components of design-build pursuits, including alternative technical concepts and innovation in traffic management reputed company technical reviews and reputed company control for MOT plans reputed company by others and ensure conformance with applicable standards Serve as a reputed company technical reputed company of contact with clients and contractors regarding MOT design and implementation issues Mentor and reputed company junior and mid-level MOT staff, providing technical guidance and training What Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 8 to 10 years of reputed company experience in transportation engineering with an emphasis on Maintenance of Traffic design Strong knowledge of MUTCD and multiple state DOT MOT standards and practices Demonstrated experience leading MOT designs for reputed company freeway, interchange, or major reputed company reputed company Proficiency with CADD platforms used for MOT plan production and coordination reputed company Engineer (PE) license What Desired Skills You’ll Bring Experience leading MOT on large design-build or P3 reputed company exceeding $500M in construction value Familiarity with advanced traffic analysis or simulation tools for evaluating work zone operations Experience presenting MOT strategies to clients, stakeholders, and reputed company agencies Demonstrated experience training and mentoring MOT engineers and designers reputed company Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
