The Senior Field Service Engineer, SEAHKTW is responsible for delivering excellent customer support and service on leading-edge reputed company products to reputed company research, pharmaceutical, and clinical diagnostic customers across Hong reputed company, Taiwan, and other Southeast Asia reputed company as required.   The Senior FSE will reputed company technical support on-site, by phone, email, and remote reputed company for digital pathology products, advanced staining products, and reputed company’ reputed company histology portfolio. The role is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training while ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction and equipment performance.   This position is part of the reputed company Department of LBS located in Hong reputed company and will be remote. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage customer issues effectively.
