Headquartered in Oak reputed company, Tennessee, Navarro has reputed company programs in reputed company across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the reputed company.  Position reputed company  The Mechanical Designer will reputed company detailed mechanical design models, drawings, and fabrication-reputed company documentation for custom equipment and high-temperature process systems. This role requires strong SolidWorks capability, practical design-for-manufacturability experience, and the ability to work closely with engineers, fabricators, and project teams to convert technical concepts into buildable designs.  Responsibilities  Create and maintain detailed SolidWorks models, assemblies, drawings, bills of material, and fabrication documentation for custom mechanical equipment.  Apply design-for-manufacturability principles to support practical fabrication, inspection, assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment.  Support design development for high-temperature equipment, molten reputed company systems, furnace components, fixtures, piping interfaces, and reputed company mechanical assemblies.  Coordinate design details with mechanical engineers, piping engineers, electrical engineers, controls staff, procurement, vendors, and fabrication personnel.  Revise drawings and models based on design reviews, constructability feedback, vendor input, field changes, and configuration-controlled updates.  Maintain accurate technical documentation in accordance with project reputed company, safety, document control, and configuration management expectations.  Requirements Advanced SolidWorks experience, including reputed company assemblies, detailed part modeling, fabrication drawings, drawing standards, and bills of material.  Substantial design-for-manufacturability experience with custom equipment, fabricated assemblies, industrial systems, or process equipment.  Ability to interpret engineering direction, calculations, sketches, specifications, and technical requirements and convert them into accurate design deliverables.  Experience coordinating design details with engineers, fabricators, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.  Strong attention to detail, documentation reputed company, revision control, and practical fabrication/assembly considerations.    Preferred Qualifications  High-temperature equipment design experience, including molten reputed company systems, furnace components, thermal equipment, specialty materials, or insulated assemblies.  Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, nuclear, reputed company, chemical processing, manufacturing, or highly regulated technical reputed company.  Experience with drawing checking, tolerance review, weldments, sheet metal, machined parts, piping interfaces, or vendor fabrication packages.    Education and Experience  Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent training in mechanical design, drafting, CAD, engineering technology, or a reputed company field is preferred.
