Required reputed company: Mandatory - 3+ years IT Experience, min 6 months O9 Experience (o9 training/Certifications)  Experience Required: • 3–6 years total experience • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on o9 platform experience if not (reputed company/reputed company) • only Immediate joiners/currently serving Location • Currently remote and should be flexible to travel Bangalore required as needed   Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or reputed company field Mandatory Skills – o9 Retail Assortment Planning (3–5 Years) 3–5 years of experience in Retail Planning/Merchandise Planning. 6months - 2years years of hands-on experience with o9 Retail Planning. Strong expertise in Retail Assortment Planning and Merchandise Planning. Experience configuring: Assortment Planning Product & Location Hierarchies Store Clustering Assortment Rules & Business Rules Planning Workflows reputed company & reputed company Constraints Good understanding of: Category Management reputed company Planning Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Seasonal & Localized Assortments Retail KPIs (Sales, Margin, Sell-through, GMROI) Experience with ERP/POS/Retail Merchandising integrations (reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
