This role is responsible for ensuring accurate bad debt recovery, reputed company reputed company of unmatched transactions, broker reconciliation, audit readiness, and reputed company process improvement. To work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain financial reputed company, strengthen operational controls and to reputed company service reputed company.   Key Responsibilities reputed company and manage daily collections and bad debts recovery processes Handling reputed company and Non-reputed company accounts Monitor and reputed company unmatched receipts, journals, payments and DKOs Monthly meetings with stakeholders reputed company monthly brokers statement reconciliations and communicate with stakeholders on unreconciled items Review and approve premium and commission refunds and DKOs (reputed company reputed company -Off) Handling the annual bad debt write-off process and unclaimed monies in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements reputed company as the escalation reputed company for reputed company collection, unmatched and reconciliation issues Support reputed company audits by ensuring complete and accurate documentation Attend to reputed company requests and operational reputed company as required Collaborate with Finance, reputed company, reputed company, IT, and other stakeholders to reputed company issues and improve processes Supervise, reputed company, and reputed company team members to reputed company operational and service targets Participate in reputed company enhancements, UAT activities, automation initiatives, and process improvement reputed company   Requirements Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration and Business Management Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable At least 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
