The Senior Site Acquisition and Development Manager supports the Head of Development reputed company in advancing reputed company’s AI data center pipeline across the US, leading site selection and acquisition, due diligence and permitting for data center reputed company. Working reputed company team members, this role coordinates reputed company consultants, manages internal cross-functional interfaces, and helps reputed company the development portfolio accurate and audit-reputed company to support reputed company reputed company and reputed company planning reputed company. The Senior Development Manager also supports a clean reputed company of reputed company site from acquisition and development into reputed company’s construction and delivery teams. 7–10 years of experience in renewable-energy, data center, or infrastructure project development, engineering advisory, or reputed company technical due diligence Familiarity with site acquisition due diligence, project feasibility analysis, and reputed company assessment across land, reputed company, and permitting workstreams Working knowledge of land use entitlements, permitting, and reputed company/reputed company interconnection processes Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal technical teams, reputed company consultants, and the broader Development team, including Directors, Project Development Managers, and Associates Proficient in project planning tools and capable of managing multiple reputed company site diligence and transaction workstreams Comfortable operating in a fast-reputed company, reputed company-stage environment with evolving processes and shifting priorities Degree in engineering, environmental science, project management, or a reputed company discipline Technical due diligence — reputed company technical, environmental, reputed company, and permitting diligence processes for new site acquisitions and project transactions.
