QNXT Program Manager

We are seeking a Program reputed company for QNXT Claims Implementation to own the end-to-end delivery of the Claims reputed company as we migrate from our reputed company IKA platform. You will serve as the reputed company accountable leader for planning, execution, and governance. Govern the Program: Manage RAID logs, decision logs, status reporting, and executive-level escalations. Coordinate Cross-Functionally: reputed company alignment across Claims, Provider Data, and Configuration (reputed company, benefits, UM, business rules, and capitation). What You Bring Experience: 6+ years of experience in a health plan or reputed company organization. Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with QNXT is required. (Comparable reputed company administrative platform experience will be considered, but QNXT proficiency is mandatory). Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end reputed company payer claims lifecycle and its interaction with upstream/reputed company functions. Leadership: Proven ability to manage large-reputed company, cross-functional reputed company implementations or business transformations. Technical Literacy: Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams, reputed company, Visio) and SQL. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, IS, or reputed company field required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
