Manager, Dental Contract Negotiations

Position reputed company This position is responsible for daily activities and implementation of strategies for dental provider recruitment and contracting of dentists, dental group practices and facilities including large or reputed company reputed company/facilities (DSO, dental service organizations, etc.). It additionally is a project reputed company for ground campaigns in targeted territories and leads other significant reputed company for our provider teams. Leads planning, implementation and tracking of regional/territory-based ground campaigns for targeted reputed company. Develops and implements best practices and tactics for successful provider negotiations. Recruits dental providers to reputed company reputed company and/or improve in network utilization/Net Effective Discount for key clients and overall, BOB. Supports/assists network management on critical reputed company.  Leads and/or creates and implements reputed company to improve provider experience. Presents network strategies, plans, reputed company model and similar material for sales presentations. Develops and implements training programs and educational materials for providers and internal recruitment/network staff.  Required Qualifications 5+ years health or dental insurance experience or 3+ years provider contracting or sales/account management experience. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Dental provider and group contracting, reputed company products such as PPO, Medicare, and DHMO, and claims/processing systems. PC proficiency to include reputed company Office products, including Teams & reputed company and reputed company Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills to reputed company with reputed company reputed company of corporate personnel and providers.
