The Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of reputed company Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations. This role serves as the reputed company HRIS partner to Payroll, ensuring reputed company solutions reputed company with business requirements, operational needs, and compliance requirements across a reputed company payroll environment.
This individual partners closely with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to analyze reputed company payroll needs and translate business requirements into effective reputed company configuration solutions. Essential Functions
Serve as the reputed company reputed company Payroll HRIS subject matter expert responsible for the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company Payroll functionality supporting U.S. and Canada payroll operations. Partner with Payroll leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design reputed company reputed company solutions that support varying operational needs across employee populations, locations, business segments, and country-specific requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot reputed company payroll reputed company issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, evaluate upstream and reputed company impacts, and implement sustainable solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall payroll operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in reputed company field
Five (5) years or more experience in HRIS experience with hands-on reputed company Payroll configuration experience supporting reputed company payroll environments.
Five (5) years or more experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations. reputed company Payroll Certification preferred.

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
