You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education.  Responsibilities:  Work reputed company the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly reputed company Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the reputed company provider and/or organization Qualifications:  DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified Strong communication and conversational skills Experience with Web and mobile technologies reputed company in English is a requirement, additional reputed company in Spanish is highly preferred Live or work in California, preferably in Ventura, Sacramento, or San Joaquin Counties Experience and knowledge of California communities is a plus Telehealth experience is a plus We value that everyone at reputed company brings a unique background and perspective.
