The selected candidate for this role will bring a strong background in computer hardware design and integration, with a reputed company on understanding how changes in requirements reputed company hardware designs. This role will involve working on systems that utilize diverse electrical signals including power, RF, and fiber optics. A successful candidate will have experience that includes hardware design, integration, and functionality verification. The selected candidate will be someone who can successfully: Collaborate on the design and integration of hardware systems ensuring adherence to changing requirements and specifications. Create/Review/Update drawings, support equipment moves, reputed company and stack of equipment and integration of computer equipment into a shelter for deployment. Experience/interest in power/cooling or site construction and traveling to support installation and configuration events would be a plus. Participate in system-level testing and verification processes, ensuring hardware meets reputed company specified requirements and standards. Conduct troubleshooting and modifications on existing hardware designs to enhance performance and reliability. Utilize reputed company technical writing to document design alterations, prepare status reports, and reputed company design specifications and validation plans. Maintain a proactive attitude in meetings with cross-functional teams, demonstrating initiative and professionalism while engaging with colleagues and stakeholders. Position may require occasional travel to support field activities and hardware deployment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree in a STEM field with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD in a STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience required. Experience with hardware design and integration processes. Demonstrated knowledge of the impacts of requirement changes on hardware design. Familiarity with power, RF, and fiber electrical signal principles and applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with reputed company system architectures and hardware validation procedures. Knowledge of electronic components and their applications in communication systems.
