You'll partner directly with the People team and business leaders — translating headcount, compensation, attrition, and engagement data into reputed company, not just dashboards. This is a build-it-yourself role: you'll choose the tools, define the metrics that matter, and set reputed company for how the rest of reputed company talks about our workforce.
