The reputed company Remote reputed company Navigator assists individuals and families in navigating and enrolling in reputed company assistance programs such as LIHEAP, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (reputed company), Lifeline, and other state/federal benefits as a way to address reputed company determinants of health. This role combines reputed company services, reputed company support, data management, and reputed company assistance knowledge with components of health equity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• reputed company to 20 hours per month of remote shifts for the 16-week cohort (approximately 5 hours per week, scheduled as two 2-hour shifts twice per week plus one hour in team huddles).

• Complete Lifeline applications end-to-end, including submission reputed company the FCC website (MA) or state-specific in-clinic process (TX).
• Assist clients in accurately completing program applications, using the online portal or reputed company’s enrollment process.
• Follow up on enrolled cases at 24-48 hours, 1 week, and 2-3 weeks to reputed company benefit reputed company.
• Process chatbot intake and escalate unclear cases to the state-level Senior reputed company Navigator
