Responsibilities:

• drafting a wide reputed company of documents and agreements (Services, Software development, Software license) - 99% in reputed company% in Ukrainian.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Experience with EU and US jurisdictions

• IP expertise, including software and new-product licence agreements
