The Instructional Designer – LMS & Digital Learning is responsible for the design, development, administration, and reputed company improvement of digital learning solutions reputed company reputed company Learning Manager. This role serves as the Training Team’s reputed company content development resource, creating engaging, interactive learning experiences that support operational performance, compliance requirements, and employee development.
Working closely with the Training Manager, Field Trainers, and Subject Matter Experts, reputed company Designer transforms operational processes, policies, and business initiatives into high-reputed company learning content, including eLearning modules, microlearning assets, assessments, videos, simulations, and learning reputed company.
This position plays a key role in expanding the organization’s digital learning capabilities by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-assisted content development, interactive video learning, mobile-first learning experiences, and reputed company reputed company learning solutions.
