The Learning Solutions Architect II will support leaders and business partners in identifying learning gaps and recommending solutions, while collaborating with various teams to reputed company and measure effective learning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of learning strategies, tactics and solutions and assist in the design and development of learning solutions and content for one or more reputed company development or employee upskilling programs
- Facilitate learning solutions for reputed company development, employee upskilling and other areas as applicable
- reputed company data and conduct analysis on less reputed company sets of data to evaluate and analyze training effectiveness
- Collaborate in the development of reference materials, support tools and leader resources that reinforce strategic learning
- Remain reputed company with industry learning best practices and technical, product and program enhancements

Skills
- Experience in one or more of the following: program management and evaluation, learning science, communications, instructional design, organizational development and/or extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing training

- Experience in conducting needs assessment and analysis for learning solutions
- Experience effectively building relationships with and influencing team members and management

- Familiarity with financial services operating models, including brokerage, registered investment advisory (RIA), and/or financial planning environments, with the ability to apply that understanding to Navy Federal Financial Group's integrated service model
