[Remote] Learning Solutions Architect II - Navy Federal Financial Group

The Learning Solutions Architect II will support leaders and business partners in identifying learning gaps and recommending solutions, while collaborating with various teams to reputed company and measure effective learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of learning strategies, tactics and solutions and assist in the design and development of learning solutions and content for one or more reputed company development or employee upskilling programs
• Facilitate learning solutions for reputed company development, employee upskilling and other areas as applicable
• reputed company data and conduct analysis on less reputed company sets of data to evaluate and analyze training effectiveness
• Collaborate in the development of reference materials, support tools and leader resources that reinforce strategic learning

Skills

• Experience in one or more of the following: program management and evaluation, learning science, communications, instructional design, organizational development and/or extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing training

• Experience in conducting needs assessment and analysis for learning solutions
• Experience effectively building relationships with and influencing team members and management
