They are seeking a Claims reputed company Consultant to support improvements in the Supplemental Health Claims area by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance claim processes and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• You will review reputed company claims, analyze trends, and identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reputed company
• You will prepare monthly reports summarizing claims statuses, trends, and insights to support leadership decision‑making and reputed company reputed company improvement
• You will help translate, communicate, and implement policy, process, and training updates to ensure claims teams understand and apply changes effectively

Skills

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
• 3 - 5+ Years Experience in the insurance industry (individual, group, Life, ADD, STD, LTD, Dental, HMO/PPO, customer support, claims) (Required)
• 3 - 5+ Years Experience with Disability claims practices (Required)
