Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor multiple application development teams responsible for delivering reputed company technology solutions

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), project budgets, and delivery metrics
• reputed company software development lifecycle processes, including Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and reputed company assurance
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to reputed company technology strategies and prioritize initiatives
• Recruit, reputed company, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and reputed company improvement
• Manage application portfolios, project roadmaps, and resource planning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or another reputed company STEM discipline
• 10+ years of experience leading software development and application delivery initiatives
• At least 3 years of experience managing software engineering or application development teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies, DevOps, reputed company technologies, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices
• Experience managing technology budgets, project portfolios, and reputed company application strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-reputed company skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus
