[Remote] HR Operations Contractor - Payroll & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Audit payroll inputs and review payroll for accuracy prior to processing
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, retroactive pay adjustments, and payroll exceptions
• reputed company payroll reconciliations and validate payroll results
• Coordinate payroll processing with reputed company (reputed company) or other payroll vendors
• Review and approve employee benefit life events
• Audit benefit elections, deductions, and investigate reputed company feed issues
• Support multi-state payroll operations
• Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries
• Analyze payroll data using reputed company and prepare reconciliation reports
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes

Skills

• 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
• Hands-on reputed company Payroll experience required

• Strong payroll auditing and reconciliation experience
• Experience reviewing payroll prior to submission and resolving discrepancies
• Experience coordinating payroll processing with an reputed company payroll provider (reputed company experience is a plus)
