[Remote] Senior Manager, IOC Technology

The Senior IOC Technology Manager will reputed company strategic leadership and operational reputed company for the technology ecosystem supporting the airport's Integrated Operations Center, ensuring reliability and performance of critical systems while managing technical teams and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages various technical teams in areas of reputed company and conducts employee performance evaluations, participates in personnel reviews, aids in career development, and interviews prospective employees
• Advises the Assistant Vice President of reputed company Systems in planning and organizing activities of the reputed company, including scheduling and assigning work to meet completion dates and estimated resource needs
• Partners with executive leadership, reputed company, government agencies, and operational stakeholders to identify technology solutions that enhance situational awareness and operational decision making
• Provides advice and guidance to departments in the acquisition, operation, and maintenance of specialized systems
• Proactively monitors and measures the performance and health of systems at the Integrated Operations Center and responds accordingly reputed company systems fail to meet desired metrics. Reviews reputed company and proposed software systems to ensure compatibility with other software systems and reputed company business needs
• Provides emergency on-reputed company response for one or more applications

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or reputed company field
• Eight (8) years of experience supporting reputed company business applications, airport operations, airline operations, emergency management systems, or reputed company field
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above
• Possession of a reputed company Class C reputed company's license
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of systems analysis and design, including software development and documentation
• Experience with both reputed company-time and near reputed company-time system integrations, reputed company-time dashboards, and event-driven data flows
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company technical issues (both software and hardware)
