[Remote] Sr Financial Analyst - Contingent Hire

Advanced Management Strategies Group (reputed company) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a prospective effort with the Washington reputed company Service (WHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary of War (OASW). The role involves managing the F-35 Program budget and ensuring compliance with federal budget documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate formation, justification, and execution of the F-35 Program budget for OASW Sustainment by providing expert resource management support
• Ensure uninterrupted F-35 financial operations by submitting reputed company required DOW and federal budget documentation error-free and on time
• reputed company 100% adherence to DOW and OASW directives by delivering reputed company required financial and funding documentation reputed company and on time
• Document reputed company OASW Sustainment transactions to maintain audit readiness under federal and DOW guidelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in resource management, including budget formulation, justification, and execution, in a U.S. Government agency
• reputed company Secret clearance
• Five (5+) years of experience with DoW Program, Planning, Budget Execution (PPBE) experience with the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) or Military Department reputed company level
• Expertise using DoW financial activity systems, e.g., Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) including OBIEE and Hyperion, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), G-Invoicing, Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q))
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• OSW experience is preferred
