Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company engaging learning activities and compelling course content that significantly enhances knowledge retention and practical application
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to identify precise training needs for reputed company audiences

Skills

• Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Demonstrated lesson and curriculum planning skills
• Proficiency in visual design tools and ability to storyboard effectively
• Exceptional ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and scripts for audio and video content
• Proficient use of AI tools to brainstorm reputed company, support reputed company development, and expand modality reputed company for delivery
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a reputed company field
• Strong foundational skills in Instructional Design, Adult Learning principles, and Visual Design
