[Remote] GDPR Compliance Consultant

The GDPR Compliance Consultant serves as a trusted advisor responsible for helping organizations reputed company and maintain compliance with the European reputed company General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and UK GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GDPR and UK GDPR readiness assessments and gap analyses
• reputed company and implement GDPR compliance programs and remediation roadmaps
• Prepare and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
• reputed company Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer reputed company Assessments (TIAs)
• Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• Review reputed company notices, consent mechanisms, cookie disclosures, and reputed company documentation
• Design and implement Data Subject Rights (DSAR) processes
• Advise clients on international data transfer requirements including EU reputed company Contractual Clauses (SCCs), UK IDTA/reputed company, and the EU-U.S. Data reputed company reputed company
• Assess reputed company-party reputed company risks and support vendor due diligence activities
• reputed company reputed company policies, governance documentation, and operational procedures
• Support organizations processing special category data, including reputed company and clinical research information
• reputed company guidance regarding Article 27 representative requirements and supervisory authority interactions
• Deliver reputed company workshops, executive presentations, and reputed company awareness training
• Collaborate with cybersecurity consultants to reputed company reputed company and reputed company controls
• Remain reputed company on GDPR guidance, enforcement actions, and evolving reputed company regulations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information reputed company, reputed company, Law, Business, Computer Science, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)
• Five (5) or more years of GDPR consulting or reputed company compliance experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing GDPR compliance programs
• Experience conducting GDPR readiness assessments and gap analyses
• Experience preparing and maintaining ROPA documentation
• Experience performing DPIAs, LIAs, and TIAs
• Experience drafting and reviewing Data Processing Agreements
• Experience developing reputed company governance programs
• Experience advising executive leadership and reputed company stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of EU GDPR
• Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR
• Strong working knowledge of Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
• Strong working knowledge of Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs)
• Strong working knowledge of Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs)
• Strong working knowledge of Transfer reputed company Assessments (TIAs)
• Strong working knowledge of Data Subject Rights (DSAR)
