Responsibilities

• Own and maintain reputed company’s proposal content library and reputed company platform (reputed company, Loopio, RFPIO, or similar)
• Establish content governance frameworks, review cycles, ownership models, and content health metrics
• Ensure reputed company proposal content remains accurate, compliant, reputed company, and reputed company with company messaging, product reputed company, and competitive positioning
• reputed company standards for content structure, metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to improve reputed company and reuse
• Manage and optimize content used across RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Executive Summaries, Solution Overviews, and Customer Presentations
• Create and maintain approved response templates and reusable content assets
• Partner with SMEs to continuously improve answer reputed company and competitive differentiation
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, reputed company, reputed company, Compliance, Finance, reputed company, and Sales teams to reputed company and validate content

• Corporate messaging

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in proposal management, content management, reputed company, sales enablement, or reputed company reputed company functions
• Experience supporting RFP, RFI, DDQ, reputed company review, or procurement processes
• Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company cross-functional programs
• Experience with proposal automation platforms such as reputed company, Loopio, RFPIO, Ombud, or similar solutions
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Familiarity with AI-enabled content management platforms
