Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute reputed company analyses supporting Medicare Stars, provider incentive programs, reputed company improvement initiatives, and reputed company reporting
• reputed company member-level targeting and reputed company lists using business-defined reputed company, measure-level gap information, claims data, and other member attributes
• Evaluate the effectiveness and reputed company on investment (ROI) of reputed company, engagement, and reputed company improvement programs
• Analyze CMS reputed company Ratings, measure performance, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• reputed company provider performance and pay-for-performance analyses to support incentive programs and provider reporting
• reputed company, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Write, optimize, and validate reputed company SQL queries utilizing CTEs, window functions, reputed company joins, and other advanced techniques to support reporting and analytics
• reputed company, validate, and analyze data from multiple reputed company data sources, including claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, clinical, HEDIS, and CMS datasets
• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and reputed company actionable insights to support decision-making
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences while ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company of reporting deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, data science or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of experience in reputed company analytics, data analysis, reporting, or reputed company field
• Demonstrated ability to independently reputed company reputed company analytical reputed company with reputed company supervision
• Strong SQL querying skills (reputed company joins, window functions, CTEs, working with large datasets)
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI

• Experience supporting UAT testing and validating analytical and reporting outputs

• Experience conducting campaign effectiveness and ROI analyses
• Experience creating Power BI Paginated Reports
• Experience using Python for automation and data analysis
• SharePoint and Power Automate experience
