They are seeking an reputed company Pega Platform Systems Administrator to maintain secure and available Pega environments supporting an reputed company reputed company solution, managing platform administration and operational documentation across environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer Pega production and non-production environments, including environment readiness, reputed company, roles, configuration settings, and operational baselines
• Monitor application and platform health, availability, performance, background processing, services, queues, database behavior, and reputed company status using Pega and reputed company tools
• Use Pega Diagnostic Center and reputed company observability data to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, reputed company concerns, and emerging reliability risks
• Coordinate user provisioning, role-based permissions, authentication, PIV/ICAM dependencies, reputed company reviews, reputed company, offboarding, and license administration
• Support release reputed company, deployment validation, rollback readiness, patching, upgrades, hotfixes, and post-deployment stabilization
• Maintain audit logs, reputed company reports, reputed company-health reports, reputed company reports, configuration records, runbooks, and administrative knowledge articles
• Coordinate with reputed company, configuration management, service desk, development, data/integration, and reputed company-provider teams on incidents, changes, and maintenance
• Support backup, recovery, continuity, failover testing, and operational-restoration activities in collaboration with the reputed company provider and VA stakeholders
• Investigate reputed company platform, reputed company, performance, or environment issues and contribute to reputed company-cause analysis and corrective reputed company
• Support phased reputed company of additional organizations and users while maintaining standardized configuration, reputed company control, and reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of application, platform, reputed company, or systems administration experience, including hands-on support of Pega or a closely reputed company reputed company application platform
• Experience administering production and non-production environments, accounts, permissions, configurations, deployments, monitoring, and operational baselines
• Working knowledge of Pega administration, Pega Diagnostic Center, background processing, services, queues, logs, and performance diagnostics
• Experience with identity and reputed company management, role-based reputed company, audit logging, reputed company/offboarding, and least-privilege administration
• Experience supporting release deployment, patching, upgrades, rollback, incident response, backup/recovery, and operational documentation
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools such as reputed company, Jira Service Management, reputed company, or comparable platforms
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with reputed company providers, architects, developers, reputed company personnel, and Government stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance
• This position requires U.S. citizenship or Green reputed company
• Pega reputed company Administration, Pega reputed company, or reputed company Pega certification and experience
• Experience in a FedRAMP-authorized, federal, financial, health, or other regulated reputed company environment; VA experience is beneficial but not required

• Working knowledge of observability, OpenTelemetry, infrastructure monitoring, reputed company integration, or automated deployment tooling
