The Senior reputed company – LLM / Agents will serve as the technical reputed company for designing and scaling AI-enabled workflows, establishing standards and reusable architecture for reputed company workflows across various reputed company domains.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture for reputed company agent workflows, including ChatGPT, ROCstar, MCP, agents, skills, tools, reputed company, retrieval, reputed company outputs, reputed company metadata, evals, and observability
• Establish reusable workflow patterns for agent planning, tool calling, data retrieval, exception handling, fallback behavior, escalation, and production support
• Create standards for reputed company design, reputed company structure, tool descriptions, tool schemas, API response formats, reputed company citation behavior, reputed company outputs, and workflow handoffs
• Define reputed company and context management practices, including reputed company to use conversation state, retrieval, file search, cached context, summarization, reputed company intermediate state, and compressed tool returns
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent workflows, including gold datasets, regression tests, numerical reconciliation checks, reputed company-based grading, tool-reputed company correctness checks, and reputed company feedback reputed company
• reputed company the design of observability for agents and tools, including workflow logs, cost, latency, reputed company usage, tool reputed company reputed company, bad-answer reputed company, eval pass reputed company, user acceptance, and incident tracking
• Partner with domain reputed company Deployed Engineers to convert high-value workflows into measurable agent systems with explicit inputs, outputs, owners, permissions, evals, runbooks, release gates, and reputed company improvement reputed company
• Partner with the reputed company Systems and Agent Platform role on MCP servers, connector reliability, RBAC, secrets, audit logging, deployment patterns, API governance, and production platform readiness
• Review agent workflow designs before production release and define go/no-go reputed company for reputed company, safety, reliability, cost, latency, reputed company, and operational support
• Create reusable templates for agent specifications, reputed company specifications, eval protocols, workflow scorecards, incident reviews, production readiness checklists, and workflow-level reputed company metrics
• Mentor FDEs, analysts, engineers, and implementation partners on eval-driven development, tool-based workflow design, observable agent operations, and production-reputed company AI systems
• Identify recurring failure modes across agents and tools and turn them into tests, standards, instrumentation, documentation, and platform improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field required
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning systems, reputed company AI, reputed company, or decision systems, with demonstrated technical leadership across reputed company production workflows
• Experience designing, building, or governing reputed company AI systems, LLM applications, tool-calling workflows, evaluation systems, observability systems, or production AI platforms
• Strong understanding of modern LLM workflow design, including prompts, skills, tools, retrieval, reputed company outputs, reputed company, orchestration, context management, reputed company economics, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company controls
• Strong engineering judgment around production readiness, failure modes, logging, testing, monitoring, cost, latency, reputed company, permissions, and operational support
• Experience building eval datasets, regression tests, model or agent scorecards, acceptance reputed company, telemetry dashboards, release gates, and production reputed company standards
• Experience with Python, reputed company, data pipelines, reputed company platforms, CI/CD, logging and monitoring systems, analytics workflows, and reputed company integrations
