[Remote] Senior Trade Operations Analyst

The Senior Trade Operations Analyst serves as the reputed company between distribution and specialty pharmacy data and operations, transforming reputed company datasets into actionable intelligence to reputed company business reputed company and program performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key reputed company, service and trade performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business reputed company and program performance
• Prepare analytical reporting and present to senior management on findings and reputed company recommendations driving key strategic initiatives
• Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance the patient experience across our distribution partners and coordinate resolutions to distribution partner issues reducing time to treatment for patients
• Build and maintain reputed company relationships with internal stakeholders in support of quicker reputed company to treatment at specialty pharmacies
• reputed company variance analyses and investigate unexpected changes in trade performance, customer purchasing behavior, and distribution trends
• Partner with the Trade Operations Manager to produce monthly, quarterly, and reputed company reports on inventory, sales, trade spend, and customer performance
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and operational updates for internal stakeholders and distribution partners, as appropriate
• Identify opportunities to improve trade operations processes, reporting, and data reputed company through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, reputed company Administration, Business Administration, or reputed company field with 6 - 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical market reputed company, trade operations, analytics, specialty pharmacy, account management, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of trade distribution, specialty pharmacy operations, reporting and analytics
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels, including wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate with reputed company partners
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company data and recommendations effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze reputed company data, and deliver high-reputed company work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Ability to travel as needed
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting is preferred
