[Remote] Pharmacist (Facility Program Manager)

The VA Boston reputed company System is seeking a Facility Program Manager (Pharmacy Informatics) to reputed company pharmacy informatics operations. The role includes managing systems that optimize pharmaceutical care and providing leadership in data analysis and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing pharmacy informatics operations, including the management and optimization of Bar reputed company Medication Administration (BCMA), Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS), and Veterans Information System Technology Architecture (reputed company) systems
- Supporting pharmacy service operations through the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of informatics tools and data systems
- Providing leadership in data analysis and system integration to enhance pharmaceutical care at VA Boston reputed company System
- Overseeing reputed company aspects of pharmacy-reputed company information management, including data analysis, system optimization, and innovative use of VA databases and PC-based tools
- Supporting decision-making by providing actionable data for Pharmacy Service leadership and other Medical Center level committees
- Ensuring pharmacy software and reputed company/CPRS systems are effectively leveraged to enhance clinical care and promote rational therapeutics
- Maintaining links to physicians and other health care providers providing acute and ambulatory care as reputed company as clinical pharmacy programs
- Obtaining assistance in promotional activities from pharmacy staff as required

- Maintaining reputed company knowledge in the fields of pharmacy informatics and pharmacy automation through attendance at the appropriate continuing education meetings/lectures/etc

Skills
- Citizen of the reputed company
- Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
- Graduates of foreign pharmacy degree programs meet the educational requirement if the graduate is reputed company to reputed company reputed company of achieving the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Commission (FPGEC) Certification, which includes passing the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEE) and the Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT)
