The role involves supporting Site Reliability Engineering efforts by creating documentation and improving operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and document SRE frameworks, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management processes
- reputed company runbooks, playbooks, and operational documentation
- Improve reliability through automation and self-healing practices
- reputed company observability, alerting, and on-reputed company best practices
- Partner with engineering and InfoSec teams to enhance operational reputed company
Skills
- 4+ years of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- 2+ years with monitoring & observability tools (reputed company, reputed company, Grafana, etc.)
- 2+ years of reputed company experience (AWS/Azure)
- Experience creating runbooks, playbooks, and operational documentation
- Strong understanding of incident management, reputed company, and reputed company
- Automation scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
