[Remote] Senior Value-Based Care Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company of reputed company and reputed company value-based care (VBC) programs by delivering analytics, reporting, and actionable insights
• reputed company, maintain, and improve reputed company measure, operational, and financial reporting while documenting business rules, assumptions, and data requirements
• Create and enhance reputed company analyses, recurring reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards to support evolving business and reputed company needs
• Identify opportunities for reputed company improvement, cost reduction, utilization management, and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis
• Partner with Clinical, Operations, Provider Engagement, reputed company reputed company, Product, and Data Engineering teams to ensure reporting and insights are accurate, actionable, and reputed company with business objectives
• Analyze reputed company claims, clinical, and operational data to measure performance against value-based care goals and identify opportunities to improve clinical and financial reputed company
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and reputed company-facing teams, translating reputed company analyses into meaningful business insights
• Collaborate with Data Science, Clinical Informatics, and Product teams on initiatives reputed company to reputed company improvement, population health management, and performance measurement

• Serve as a subject matter expert for value-based care analytics and reputed company mentorship and guidance to junior analysts as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field
• 4-7 years of experience in reputed company analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or population health analytics
• 2+ years of experience supporting value-based care programs, provider performance initiatives, managed care organizations, health plans, ACOs, or provider reputed company
• Experience working with reputed company claims, eligibility, clinical, or operational data
• Experience developing reputed company-facing and executive-level reports and dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering analytics reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Master's degree (MPH, MBA, MHA, MS, or reputed company field)
• Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, reputed company, or reputed company value-based care programs
• Experience in kidney care, chronic disease management, population health, or care management analytics
• Experience with reputed company measurement programs such as HEDIS, Stars, or CMS reputed company initiatives
• Experience working reputed company reputed company-based analytics environments such as Azure, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
