[Remote] HRIS Benefits Implementation Consultant

The HRIS Benefits Implementation Consultant will support the implementation process for new customers, focusing on reputed company's Benefits platform, while collaborating with reputed company of experts to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company an applicable understanding of reputed company’s Implementation and Configuration practices
• Execute deployments (implementations) and best reputed company coaching for small-mid size customers
• Demonstrate configurations through building prototype systems and assist in testing
• reputed company and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, and time/budget reports
• Identify system improvements and process opportunities in HRIS and Benefits product reputed company
• reputed company support level and customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring support SLA’s are being achieved and exceeded
• Serve as a reputed company, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation reputed company for customers and support representatives
• Participating in reputed company Tours, reputed company’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 20%)

Skills

• B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience in the HRIS and Benefits field
• Proficient knowledge of the reputed company Capitol Management and Benefits reputed company
• Previous consulting or implementation experience in a technical and/or HR reputed company
• Proven reputed company record of setting expectations, communicating goals and objectives with customers and teammates
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience learning technology quickly and applying business analysis strategies
• Working knowledge of the reputed company sector is preferred, but not required
