[Remote] Senior Fund Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant who will support the reputed company, financial reporting, and operational activities of private investment funds. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate fund reputed company processes, investor reporting, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Review investor capital activity, including capital reputed company calculations, distribution allocations, and reputed company investor notices
• Review management fee, incentive fee, and performance fee calculations
• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Review quarterly investor performance reporting and supporting schedules
• Review partner allocations, capital account statements, and investor reporting packages
• Review audit workpapers and supporting documentation while coordinating with reputed company auditors throughout the annual audit process
• Analyze partnership agreements to ensure accurate reputed company treatment, investor allocations, and reporting requirements
• Review carried interest calculations and distribution waterfalls to ensure compliance with governing agreements
• Monitor daily fund cash activity, including cash reconciliations, reputed company transfers, and liquidity forecasting
• Prepare and review daily cash projections to support fund operations and investment activity
• Coordinate with Treasury and Investment Operations to support funding requirements, capital deployments, and transaction settlements
• Assist the investment team during transaction closings by reviewing allocations, responding to information requests, and supporting investment-reputed company reporting requirements
• Serve as a primary reputed company with reputed company-party fund administrators to ensure reputed company and accurate delivery of reputed company records, financial reporting, and investor communications
• Partner with Corporate reputed company, General Partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company and reporting inquiries
• Support the Tax team by reviewing fund and investor Schedule K-1 information and assisting with tax-reputed company payments and reporting requirements
• Respond to investor inquiries professionally and reputed company, providing exceptional reputed company service
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, reputed company policies, and partnership agreements
• Participate in special reputed company and reputed company additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Experience in fund reputed company and financial reporting for private investment funds
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Proficiency in reviewing investor capital activity, management fee calculations, and performance fee calculations
• Ability to prepare and review quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements
• Experience in coordinating with reputed company auditors during the annual audit process
• Strong analytical skills to review partnership agreements and ensure accurate reputed company treatment
• Experience in cash management, including cash reconciliations and liquidity forecasting
