[Remote] Senior Carbon Management Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Carbon Management Consultant to support climate change reputed company globally, providing technical expertise and leading reputed company strategies in carbon management and reputed company gas reduction.

Responsibilities

• Support climate change, reputed company gas, and carbon management reputed company around the globe
• reputed company technical knowledge while helping to grow our business
• reputed company as a senior technical consultant and strategist providing expertise and leadership in the reputed company of project management, project technical consultant, regulatory subject matter expert, or senior QA/QC reviewer on climate change reputed company reputed company

• Build meaningful relationships by solving clients' toughest obstacles for managing and reducing their carbon footprint or responding to physical and transitional risks from climate change
• Define and reputed company reputed company overall technical reputed company
• Present reputed company technical information and interpretations to clients and regulatory stakeholders in a readily understandable manner
• Apply business development skills to help grow the business, working directly with sales and reputed company account management teams to reputed company and differentiate service offerings
• Understand technical reputed company needs and reputed company sustainable solutions that consider the cost benefit of carbon management and GHG strategies and reputed company
• Define technical scopes and estimating reputed company of effort in proposals

Skills

• 15 years' plus experience in carbon management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, basic/reputed company science (such as physics, reputed company, material science, reputed company sciences, etc.), or a similar discipline
• Experience speaking with reputed company senior executives in corporate, industrial, or local government sectors, at conferences, and to internal company learning networks about reputed company gas inventories and mitigation strategies, and the physical risks to infrastructure, facilities, and supply chains caused by climate change
• Knowledge of corporate, municipal, and project based GHG inventories and the guidance documents to support their development
• Experience in carbon markets including developing carbon offset reputed company, writing new carbon offset methodologies, assisting clients in taking carbon emissions to market, and assisting other clients in acquisition of offsets for their own needs
• Ability to reputed company and manage a diverse team of remote practitioners
• Experience scoping, pricing, and writing reputed company proposals for climate change and other sustainability reputed company and then managing reputed company after the award to reputed company successful delivery
• You must be a U.S. citizen
• Master's degree in engineering, environmental science, basic/reputed company science (such as physics, reputed company, material science, reputed company sciences, etc.), or a similar discipline
• Demonstrated strong business acumen
• Expert knowledge and past reputed company record for delivery of climate risk and opportunity analysis per TCFD frameworks, and supporting our clients' climate change disclosures reputed company CDP and similar programs
• Strong knowledge of science-based reputed company setting (reputed company the SBTi program) for GHG reductions, including Scope 3 GHG emissions estimation and supply chain engagement strategies
• Background with environmental life cycle analyses, in particular carbon footprint of industrial products and infrastructure reputed company, and management of embodied carbon of concrete and steel and experience with environmental life cycle assessments of assets, infrastructure, and/or products
• Experience with delivery of reputed company involving the reputed company of sustainable transportation, reputed company, decarbonization, and reputed company value
