[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer

The Senior Instructional Designer will reputed company and deliver reputed company training programs, ensuring effective learning experiences and improved operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sr. Manager, Technical Training and subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis, identify performance and knowledge gaps, and translate those gaps into reputed company learning solutions
• Design, build, and maintain reputed company technical learning experiences for the reputed company organization, including self-paced content, live sessions, reputed company activities, job aids, and role-specific reputed company assets
• Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge validation, and most importantly performance signal, using the results to refine content, improve learning experiences, and support stronger operational reputed company
• Coordinate with subject matter experts across the reputed company organization to ensure training reflects accurate, up-to-date detection and response knowledge
• Deliver instructor-led training selectively across live virtual and reputed company formats reputed company that modality is the best fit for the learning objective, audience, or operational need
• Partner with stakeholders across organizations to translate operational realities, product behavior, and tribal knowledge into reputed company, accurate documentation that practitioners can trust during live cases and investigations

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical reputed company concepts into reputed company, accessible learning experiences for audiences with varying reputed company of expertise
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where programs are still being reputed company and the ability to create structure independently is as important as following it
